This diploma builds foundational skills in artificial intelligence and robotics, teaching students to develop intelligent robots using machine learning and the Internet of Things for industrial applications. The three-year full-time diploma follows NYP's Professional Competency Model, with core study in applied artificial intelligence in robotics, software development for robotics, and integration of autonomous systems, plus workplace-contextualised projects, an internship and a Final Year Project. Graduates typically move into roles such as Robotics Engineer, AI & Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Embedded System Engineer, Automation Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer.
