This diploma builds storytelling and production skills across animation, games and visual effects through masterclasses and hands-on industry projects. The curriculum includes masterclasses in 2D and 3D animation, character and environment design, and cinematic world-building, with students working directly with industry partners on real productions in Game Art, Animation and Visual Effects. The three-year full-time diploma follows NYP's Professional Competency Model, combining Competency Units with Work-Integration Units, an internship and a Final Year Project so students graduate workplace-ready. Graduates typically move into roles such as 2D/3D Character Animator, 3D Generalist, 3D Lighting Artist, 2D/3D Game Artist, Storyboard Artist, or use the diploma for advanced standing at local and overseas universities.
