This diploma develops analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills for careers in FinTech, wealth management and sustainable finance. The 24 Competency Units cover Banking & Risk Management, Business Communication & Innovation, and Digital Finance, with further coverage of wealth management and sustainable finance integrating practical skills with theory. The three-year full-time diploma follows NYP's Professional Competency Model, combining Competency Units with Work-Integration Units, an internship and a Final Year Project so students graduate workplace-ready. Graduates typically move into roles such as Assistant Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst, Banking Services Executive, Compliance Executive, Sustainable Finance Analyst, Risk Analyst, or use the diploma for advanced standing at local and overseas universities.
