Bachelor in Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion

The Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DCG) is a nationally recognized three-year qualification in accounting and financial management, positioned between the BTS level and a full master's degree. The program covers financial accounting, management accounting, corporate taxation, business law, company law, financial management, information systems, and professional ethics. It is structured around a series of formal examinations that students must pass to earn the full diploma, and it provides a rigorous grounding in both the technical and regulatory dimensions of the accounting profession. At the Ecole Nationale De Commerce in Paris, France, the DCG is offered as a bachelor-level program taught in French, starting each September, with annual tuition of 178 EUR. The DCG is a prerequisite for the DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion), which in turn leads toward the title of Commissaire aux Comptes (statutory auditor) or Expert-Comptable (chartered accountant). Graduates who do not continue to the DSCG enter roles as accounting managers, financial analysts, internal auditors, or management controllers in companies, public bodies, and audit firms.
