Graduates are qualified to work as disability support workers, supportive living workers, educational assistants, or life enrichment workers. The program trains students to provide compassionate, respectful care for individuals with disabling conditions. Students develop practical skills in basic care, behavioural support, and person-centred planning. They gain experience through two practicums in residential, vocational, or community-based settings.
