Bachelor in Earth Sciences

The Earth Sciences program at Université Le Mans is designed for students interested in understanding our planet's processes and resources. This three-year bachelor's degree offers a multidisciplinary approach, combining geology, environmental science, and geography. Ideal for students who are curious about the natural world and eager to tackle environmental challenges, this program prepares you for various career paths in geosciences.

In the first year, students gain foundational knowledge through a common curriculum shared with Life Sciences. As they progress to the second and third years, they can specialize in one of two tracks: Geosciences or GET (Géosciences-Environnement-Transition socio-écologique). This structure ensures that students not only learn theoretical concepts but also develop practical skills through hands-on projects and fieldwork, essential for adapting to a rapidly changing job market.
