Bachelor in Sports Science (BSc, 4 Years)

Admissions are rolling. Tuition is 10,800 EUR per year.

Covers the scientific principles behind sports performance, physical education, exercise and health, and prepares graduates to teach in primary and secondary schools or work as sports educators with children, adolescents and adults. Specialisation modules let students choose their direction: physical education, built around planning, teaching and assessing lessons; sports coaching, covering athlete development, conditioning and safe practice; or fitness development for gyms and exercise centres. Teaching is in English and Greek.

The University of Nicosia started the first medical program in Cyprus in 2011 by offering the St George’s, University of London Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) graduate-entry program. The University is the largest private university, and the first medical school, in Cyprus, which is also ranked one of the safest countries in the world for students. The university attracts a large number of international students from around the world each year due to its numerous Health degree program offerings. The Medical School at the University of Nicosia encourages students to take part in scientific activities as an extracurricular activity. The priority research fields include brain health, cancer biology, regenerative medicines, and infectious diseases.
