Master in Eco-engineering

Tuition fees for Master in Eco-engineering are 3,500 EUR per year.

Eco-engineering at Bialystok University of Technology is a master's program lasting three semesters, taught in English in Białystok, Poland. Yearly tuition is EUR 3,500. Framed around environmental protection, the program prepares students to plan and develop ecological strategies covering water, soil, air, and landscape protection. Students learn to design both regional and local programs, plans, and projects related to water protection systems, sewage neutralization, and waste material utilization. The curriculum also includes interdisciplinary coursework aimed at solving environmental problems, with a particular focus on ecology. Graduates gain the ability to estimate pollution levels in the environment and to determine appropriate methods for preventing and counteracting that pollution. The program is designed to prepare students for employment in environmental protection institutions, research and monitoring laboratories, industry, various business enterprises, and public administration at both the national and local government level. Eco-engineering as a discipline sits at the intersection of environmental science and engineering, applying technical methods to problems such as water treatment, waste management, air quality control, and land reclamation. Students in this field typically study a combination of natural sciences, engineering principles, and policy, learning to design systems and strategies that reduce environmental harm while meeting the practical needs of communities and industry. As environmental regulation and sustainability requirements grow across industries, demand continues for specialists who can assess environmental impact, design protective infrastructure, and manage compliance with environmental protection standards, giving eco-engineering graduates a range of career paths in both the public and private sectors.
