About the Program

The programme is built around the 6Cs framework – Curriculum, Campus, Community, Collaborative Research, Culture and Care – linking the National Education for Sustainable Development strategy directly to academic practice. Through inquiry-based, research-informed and experiential learning, participants explore transdisciplinary approaches to sustainability, climate action and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, developing interventions that can be embedded across curricula and campus life.

It is aimed at higher and further education academic staff who already hold a bachelor's degree and wish to strengthen their competence in integrating sustainability into teaching, research and community engagement. The blended delivery combines five three-hour online workshops with a final in-person workshop, supported by self-paced activities and peer-triad reflections.

Graduates lead sustainability initiatives in universities and research institutes.
