This micro-credential is for leaders who manage organizational change. It is for people in business and management. They want to guide teams through changes from workforce shifts, tech updates, or new systems. The programme helps leaders keep productivity and morale high during change.

The course teaches communication strategies, strategic planning, and goal setting. Learners build skills to make and carry out change management plans. The programme runs online.
