Electrical and Electronics Engineering studies the generation, transmission, and control of electrical energy alongside the design of electronic circuits and devices used throughout modern technology. The curriculum spans circuit theory, electromagnetics, power systems, control systems, and analog and digital electronics, building toward more specialized coursework in areas such as telecommunications, microelectronics, or renewable energy systems. Students learn to analyze and design circuits, work with sensors and actuators, and understand how power is generated, transmitted, and managed at both large industrial scale and in small embedded devices. Laboratory coursework is a significant part of the program, giving students direct experience building and testing circuits, programming microcontrollers, and using measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
