Electrical power systems determine how electricity moves from generation sources to homes and industry, confronting issues such as renewable integration, grid stability and the transition to low-carbon networks.

The MSc is aimed at graduates with a 2:1 degree in electrical, electronic or related engineering who wish to deepen their knowledge and acquire skills for roles in power utilities, consultancy or research. It builds on undergraduate fundamentals and provides the technical and analytical tools needed for the modern energy sector.
