Emergency Communications and Response Certificate

This programme prepares students to work as emergency dispatchers in public safety communication centres. Students learn to assess emergencies, prioritize calls and coordinate police, fire and emergency medical services. Training includes real-time decision-making under pressure and use of industry-standard dispatch technology. The programme focuses on practical skills through simulation and live field placements.
