Master in Engineering Studies

The Master of Engineering Studies (MEngSt) is designed for students with an academic engineering background who want to deepen their theoretical and practical skills. This program offers flexibility, allowing students to choose between full-time or part-time study, and to focus on coursework or research. Ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments, this program equips you with critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are highly valued by employers globally.

Students can select from sixteen specialisations, tailoring their studies to their interests and career goals. The curriculum includes both taught and research components, with options for a 120 or 180-point program depending on prior qualifications. This structure ensures that graduates are well-prepared to tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to innovative solutions in their fields.

Graduates of the MEngSt can pursue various roles such as design engineer, process engineering manager, product engineer, project manager, and senior engineer.
