Bachelor in English Language Teaching

English Language Teaching focuses on preparing graduates to design and deliver effective English instruction in varied educational contexts. The curriculum includes courses in linguistics, literature, teaching methods, testing and evaluation, and educational technology, paired with supervised teaching practice in schools. Students learn to plan lessons, assess student progress, and adapt their teaching to different age groups and skill levels. After graduation, students commonly work as English teachers, curriculum developers, or continue into postgraduate studies in education or applied linguistics. This bachelor program lasts 4 years and is taught in English at Istanbul Kültür University in İstanbul, Turkey, giving students full immersion in English instruction as they train to become English language teachers.
