Environmental Management Specialist

The Environmental Management Specialist program is for individuals with higher education who want to understand Poland's biodiversity. It's a 1.5-year non-degree program taught in English, focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of managing protected areas.

The curriculum covers identifying elements of the natural environment, including rare species of plants and animals. Students learn about plant communities, Natura 2000 habitats, and how to conduct environmental inventories and create conservation plans. Field exercises and expert involvement enhance the learning experience.

Graduates can work as Environmental Protection Experts, Conservation Planners, or Biodiversity Consultants. They can work in government agencies, non-profits, or educational institutions, and their skills are transferable across many environmental fields.
