The program is robustly supported by a dedicated Field Coordinator who guides students through the placement selection process, ensuring alignment with both individual career goals and the rigorous standards of the Canadian Association for Social Work Education (CASWE). By graduation, students are prepared for professional registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), entering the workforce with a proven track record of practical application across sectors ranging from child welfare and youth shelters to hospital-based social work and legal clinics.
