PhD in Food Science (PhD)

Food Science investigates how scientific principles can improve the preservation, storage, quality and safety of the food supply. This PhD explores both fundamental and applied aspects, ranging from microbiology and edible oils to engineering design, protein biochemistry and beverage science.
