The Nutritional Physiology specialisation addresses the influence of diet on the human body and on health outcomes. The Food Law specialisation covers European and international food law in depth. The Bioeconomy specialisation examines sustainability in food systems from production, business, and sociological perspectives, with a focus on plant-based foods. The programme runs over four semesters. Graduates are prepared for research and development roles in academia or industry, executive positions in the food sector and health management, and consulting or administrative roles at authorities, in media, and in related areas of business.
