Master in For IRP

Graduates of the IRP (International Relations) programme go on to careers in diplomacy, international organisations, and policy research. This Master's in International Relations is a two-year programme offered at the IUJ. The Diploma Policy for this programme outlines the learning objectives, knowledge, skills, and attitudes students are expected to acquire. The curriculum includes courses such as 'International Law and Organizations' and 'Comparative Politics' along with a core curriculum which includes compulsory modules such as the 'Research Methods in Area Studies' and 'Comparative Environmental Policy,' plus electives and independent research or internships. This programme is accredited by the Graduate School of International Relations and the Japan Graduate School of Public Administration, and students can benefit from the school’s partnership with the United Nations University (UNU) and the United Nations University Institute for Sustainability and Peace (UNU-ISP).
