Forestry and Wildlife Technician

This program is delivered on-campus over four semesters. It trains students in natural resource management with a focus on forestry and wildlife. Students learn practical and theoretical skills in forest ecosystem management, environmental mapping, and wildlife conservation. The curriculum includes fieldwork and a one-week camp-based training session each semester.

4 semesters, on-campus, 1,100-acre forest access for applied research.

Graduates work in environmental management sectors including government agencies, forestry companies, and environmental consulting firms.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma, ACE certificate, or equivalent. One French credit required. English language proficiency test required if OSSD not obtained.

On-campus, full-time, 4 semesters.
