Master in General Management

General Management at the University of Potsdam is a Master's programme covering core business and management disciplines. The curriculum includes Financial Management covering financing, investment, and controlling; Accounting and the Legal Environment of International Business; Leadership and Human Resource Management; Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Business Development; Strategic Management and Crisis Management; Management Skills and Negotiations; Digital Transformation, Business Process Management and Entrepreneurship; International Management, Intercultural Communication and Design Thinking; and an optional Project Module.
