This programme is designed for recent graduates and career changers interested in culinary arts and health care. Students learn to prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs in healthcare settings. They gain skills in food safety, nutrition, and therapeutic diet modification. Grade 12 required; English language requirement; alternative admission available through ACCUPLACER© with minimum scores of 250 Arithmetic and 237 Reading; post-secondary credits may be accepted; applicants must provide evidence of a Canadian Criminal Record Check before work experience.
