Heritage Studies Minor

The Heritage Studies Minor at New York University Abu Dhabi is a 3-year program for students interested in cultural heritage. It's a non-degree program that helps students understand heritage from local and global perspectives.

Students learn about heritage production, consumption, and identity politics. They develop skills in critical analysis and scientific methodologies through hands-on projects and theoretical frameworks.

Graduates can become Heritage Managers, Cultural Policy Advisors, Museum Curators, or Conservation Scientists. They can work in museums, cultural institutions, government agencies, or non-profit organizations.
