The Higher General Secondary Education (HAVO) program at BC Broekhin is designed for students who are curious, ambitious, and eager to learn. This five-year program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, preparing students for higher vocational education (HBO) or other educational pathways. Ideal for those who thrive in a structured environment, HAVO encourages critical thinking and collaboration.

Students in the HAVO program engage in a broad curriculum during the first three years, covering essential subjects such as Dutch, English, mathematics, and sciences. In the upper years, they select a profile that aligns with their interests, including options like Culture & Society or Nature & Technology.
