Bachelor in Historia

Tuition is 1,015 EUR per year.

History degrees develop students' capacity to research, interpret, and narrate the human past using primary sources and scholarly methods. Programmes cover ancient, medieval, early modern, and modern history, as well as historiography — the study of how historical knowledge is produced and contested. Students gain skills in archival research, critical reading of sources, argumentation, and written communication. Regional, national, and global history all feature, often alongside thematic courses in economic history, social history, or the history of ideas. Graduates work in teaching, archival and heritage management, museum curation, journalism, publishing, public administration, diplomacy, and research. The transferable skills that a history degree builds — analytical thinking, evidence-based argument, and clear writing — are valued by employers across a wide range of sectors beyond academic and cultural institutions. This four-year bachelor's degree, Historia, is offered by Rey Juan Carlos University at its Fuenlabrada campus in Spain, with annual tuition of 1,015.20 EUR.
