Bachelor in Hotel Management

The tuition fee is 25,000 USD per year.

Hotel Management prepares students to plan and oversee the daily operations of hospitality businesses, including front office services, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, and guest relations. The discipline combines practical operational training with coursework in business administration, covering topics such as marketing, human resources, finance, and revenue management as they apply specifically to hotels and resorts. Students typically study service quality standards, event and conference management, and the use of booking and property management systems, alongside broader business subjects like accounting and organizational behavior. Many programs include supervised placements or simulated hotel environments where students practice coordinating departments and resolving guest issues under realistic conditions. Case studies often examine how properties manage seasonal demand, staffing, and customer expectations across different markets. Graduates pursue careers as hotel managers, front office supervisors, event coordinators, and operations staff within hotel chains, resorts, and broader tourism and hospitality companies. The management and service skills developed in this field also transfer to related industries such as airlines, cruise lines, and corporate hospitality services. This bachelor program is offered by Özyeğin University in İstanbul, Turkey, and is taught in English over a duration of 4 years. İstanbul's position as a major destination for both business and leisure travel gives students exposure to a large and varied hospitality market throughout their studies, supporting the practical, operations-focused nature of the program.
