Bachelor in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design

Interior Architecture and Environmental Design focuses on planning and shaping indoor and surrounding spaces to be functional, comfortable, and visually coherent. Students study space planning, materials and finishes, lighting design, furniture design, and environmental psychology, often working through design studio projects that simulate real client briefs. The program also introduces sustainability considerations and building regulations relevant to interior spaces, alongside drawing and digital visualization techniques. Graduates typically work as interior designers, environmental designers, space planners, or continue into related design and architecture fields. This bachelor program spans 4 years and is taught in English at Istanbul Kültür University in İstanbul, Turkey.
