International Business is a master's programme at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, taught in English over four semesters, with yearly tuition set at 4000 EUR. The programme aims to broaden students' knowledge of the international business environment and prepare them for careers in international companies, with particular attention to Central and Eastern European markets. The university points to the intercultural diversity of its student body, combined with the business climate at what it describes as the top business school in Poland and its wide-ranging contacts with academic and economic institutions worldwide, as features that make the programme especially attractive. Courses are conducted fully in English by scholars from Poland and abroad. Students choose one of three specialisations: Business in Central and Eastern Europe, International Business Management, or Doing Business in Emerging Markets. The programme is open to both Polish and international students holding a bachelor's degree or higher. Second-degree studies in International Business give students deep knowledge of management within international business and related disciplines, preparing them for positions as specialists and managers at medium and higher ranks, as well as advisors and consultants at companies operating in international markets. The programme also prepares graduates to set up their own businesses in international markets or to continue their education through doctoral studies. Students may take part in Double Degree Programmes, which allow them to earn two academic diplomas, one from SGH and one from a partner institution abroad, broadening their qualifications and international exposure.
