Master in International Management

The Master's in International Management at Fulda University of Applied Sciences addresses corporate leadership, strategic management, and the economic and legal knowledge needed in a globalised business environment. The first semester builds skills in human resources, marketing, corporate governance, quantitative methods, international business law, and international economics. The second semester deepens knowledge in risk management, innovation management, strategic management, and controllership of international companies, alongside leadership and communication skills development. The third semester connects the learning through a computer-based business simulation in which students co-lead an international high-tech company, alongside two elective modules and the Master's thesis on an international management topic. The programme is available in a 3-semester standard format and a 4-semester extended format for applicants whose Bachelor's degree is below 210 ECTS; in the extended format, students obtain an additional 30 ECTS through an internship, a semester abroad, or additional modules.
