Master in International Management

The Master's in International Management at OTH Regensburg is a 3-semester programme that prepares students for management roles in international companies. The first semester covers core business topics in an international and digital context, including applied economics, international economic policy, digital business analytics, digital business innovation, international sales, and international supply chain management. The second semester is project-based and emphasises teamwork, addressing international strategy, international leadership skills, fundamentals in sustainable management, and a consulting project, alongside two elective modules of the student's choosing. In the third semester, students complete their Master's thesis and have the option to study at one of OTH Regensburg's more than 60 international partner universities or to complete an internship with an international company while writing the thesis. The third semester also includes a thesis seminar and an oral presentation. The programme starts each winter semester. It is located at OTH Regensburg in Regensburg, Germany.
