About the Program

The Master's programme in International Relations (MIB) at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt is a four-semester programme delivered in English. It deepens the scientific study of international politics, questions of political order, and international law, drawing on an interdisciplinary curriculum that spans political science, international law, history, and sociology. Students choose and combine modules to build their own specialisation, and there is also an optional European Studies specialisation developed in cooperation with the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland. A semester abroad in the third semester is recommended, and international internships are encouraged. Students and alumni come from around 30 different countries. The programme starts in the winter semester at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in Eichstätt, Germany.
