Irish Beginners (Entry 1)

The Irish beginners program at Belfast Metropolitan College is for students who are new to the Irish language. This non-degree program is taught in English and lasts for a year. You'll learn the basics of Irish and get to practice speaking with other students.

In this program, you'll learn the Irish alphabet, basic grammar, and common phrases. You'll also get to practice conversation skills and learn about Irish culture.
