Childcare - Early Years

Level 3 Childcare - Early Years is a non-degree program at Belfast Metropolitan College for students who want to work with children. It takes one year to complete and is taught in English. This program helps students gain advanced skills in childcare and become leaders in their field.

The curriculum includes subjects like child development, leadership, and management. Students learn how to plan activities, manage teams, and support children's learning. They also get hands-on experience in childcare settings and learn how to assess and improve childcare services.
