Master in MA in Music Therapy

The tuition fee is 32,410 GBP per year, and the application deadline is 2025-12-10.

The MA in Music Therapy develops students' musicianship and personal potential and equips them with the knowledge and skills to work as a registered music therapist. Students gain clinical experience alongside qualified music therapists on placements across settings including special and mainstream schools and healthcare units, working with people who experience mental health problems, dementia, learning disabilities, communication delay, autism, and acquired brain injury or stroke.

All Music Therapy students undertake their own personal therapy during training, and the programme is influenced by psychodynamic approaches.
