This Bachelor's program in Management at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Szczecin, taught in English over three years, carries yearly tuition of 2,200 EUR and combines knowledge from two fields: management and marketing or tourism. Students learn what makes up the management of a modern organization and gain an understanding of the role of the client along with the process of brand building. The program offers free participation in training sessions and workshops that develop skills in management as well as tourism and marketing, with classes led by experts in their respective fields. Students learn to identify and analyze a broad range of management problems within each field covered by the specialization. The admissions process at WSB Merito follows four steps: choosing the right field of study, creating a Candidate Account that provides instructions for the recruitment process, completing the recruitment form and attaching and signing the required documents within seven days, and receiving support from the Admission Office for Foreigners and English Language Studies staff by phone and email. As a broader field, a management degree combining tourism and marketing content prepares graduates for roles in hospitality management, brand and marketing departments, and client-facing business roles across service industries. The three-year, English-medium format allows international students to complete undergraduate study without Polish-language proficiency, while building a combined skill set relevant to Poland's growing tourism and consumer-facing business sectors.
