In 2016, Kozminski University ranked 42nd in the Global Masters in Management Ranking published by the Financial Times. The Master's Program in Management, taught in English over two years (four semesters) with yearly tuition of 29,800 PLN, is designed to meet global market demand for graduates with a wide range of business skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and the ability to apply them in a market context. Available specializations include strategic management, human resource management, and management and consulting, alongside a range of elective courses that let students shape their own learning path around their interests. The program combines taught modules, practical experience, workshops, case study analysis, and research projects, structured so that graduates can either begin a business career or continue into a doctoral program. Students are encouraged to take part in international exchange programs offered by the university to develop the skills needed to work in a multicultural environment. The program aims to give students knowledge of leading strategic concepts and current research findings, familiarity with notable case studies and practices, and the skills and tools needed to formulate, evaluate, and implement new competitive strategies. Students also build the ability to anticipate and respond to a rapidly changing environment under pressure, to handle complex business challenges within budget and time limits, and to strengthen communication and negotiation abilities. Based in Warszawa, the program offers an English-medium master's qualification from a business school with an internationally ranked management program.
