Rzeszów University of Technology's Faculty of Management offers a Master's programme in Management, taught in English in Rzeszów, Poland, over four semesters, with annual tuition of EUR 3,500. The programme is divided into three specialities: Human Resources Management, Product Management, and Regional Development Management and EU Projects. At the master's level, students broaden the underlying economic and management knowledge built during bachelor's study, and take advanced courses within their chosen speciality. Each course runs for four semesters and corresponds to 120 ECTS credits; graduation requires completing the study programme, preparing and defending a master's thesis, with a final oral examination carried out during the thesis defence. This preparation is intended to produce a management and organisation specialist capable of managing the economic activity of market enterprises, working in public administration, or joining other institutions.
