This MSc in Management, delivered in English over four semesters at Czestochowa University of Technology, carries yearly tuition of 2,400 EUR, with intake starting in October. Graduates gain the skills needed to manage a small- to medium-sized manufacturing or service company, as well as units of government administration and local government. Alongside management training, students gain knowledge in economics, accounting and finance, marketing, and public relations, equipping them to independently assess a company's financial position, plan its further development, and shape its external image in cooperation with the media. Graduates take up positions in operational, analytical, middle, and senior management within manufacturing and service companies, business units, local government, agencies, consulting firms, and non-profit institutions, as well as in banking. The program also provides vocational training relevant to running an independent business. Master's-level study is open not only to students from management backgrounds but also to graduates from other fields of economic sciences and from outside the economic sciences altogether. Graduates are additionally prepared to undertake research work, supporting further academic study at the doctoral level for those interested. As a broader discipline, management education of this kind builds transferable skills in leadership, financial literacy, and strategic decision-making relevant across sectors.
