Silesian University of Technology in Poland offers a Master's programme in Management, taught in English over three semesters, with annual tuition of EUR 2,340. Within the programme, students specializing in HR Manager can pursue a double diploma jointly awarded by Silesian University of Technology and the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, in line with additional requirements set out in an agreement between the two universities; obtaining the double diploma is optional, and students who want it declare their intention after completing their first semester. The programme structure gives graduates general engineering education alongside social and economic knowledge, covering the management of organizations within a market economy, the application of quantitative methods in management, human resources management, and other areas relevant to decision-making.
