Master Gestion Des Ressources Humaines

At Université de Rouen Normandie, tuition is 250 EUR per year.

The Master Gestion des Ressources Humaines, offered through the Iae at Université de Rouen Normandie in Rouen, France, covers the field of human resources management. This discipline addresses how organizations recruit, develop, motivate, and manage their workforce, combining management theory with labor law and organizational psychology. Typical subjects studied include recruitment and talent management, compensation and benefits, labor relations and social dialogue, training and skills development, and French and European employment law. Students also examine topics such as organizational change management, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and the use of human resources information systems to support workforce planning and analytics. Because human resources work touches nearly every function within an organization, the discipline draws on management, law, sociology, and psychology to prepare students for the range of issues that arise in managing people at work. Graduates commonly pursue careers as human resources managers, recruitment specialists, compensation and benefits analysts, labor relations officers, or organizational development consultants, working across private companies, public administration, and nonprofit organizations. Some move into specialized roles focused on training, HR information systems, or employment law compliance. The program is taught in French, runs for two years, and has an inferred start date in September, so applicants should be comfortable studying and working in French. Yearly tuition is 250 EUR. Based in Rouen, a city in Normandy, France, the master's degree suits students with an undergraduate background in management, law, or a related field who want to specialize in the management of human resources within organizations.
