The 4.5-year part-time Master i ledelse is the only programme in Norway to offer a study trip to UC Berkeley, USA. This programme is for experienced leaders: you'll need 2 years' post-Bachelor experience and a relevant Bachelor degree.

It's structured around key leadership themes such as styring- og endringsprosesser through a combination of obligatory modules, such as 'Arbeids- og avtalerett', and specialisations like 'Barnehageledelse'. You'll develop practical and methodological skills to lead, plan and execute initiatives in public and private organisations.

The programme is delivered as three 2-day meetings per semester.
