Master in New Food Thinking

At Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche, tuition comes to 16,500 EUR per year, while applications for the Jun 2027 intake close on Mar 16, 2027.

One of the modules is Artisanal Intelligence for a Philosophy of Quality, which is taught at UNISG's Pollenzo campus in the Piedmont region, where the university's focus on gastronomy is deeply embedded in the local food culture and traditions. Students gain interdisciplinary skills, merging ecological thought, social science, and artistic exploration to understand food as a cultural, scientific, and political phenomenon. This program is ideal for those looking to guide innovation in the rapidly evolving food sector, offering practical experience through immersive labs and field trips to global food production and consumption sites.
