Students who thrive on understanding and managing diverse educational environments will build capabilities in navigating legal frameworks and managing educational structures. The programme includes a semester-long internship where students alternate between observation and accompanied practice in educational settings. It also prepares students for the external recruitment exam for educational advisors and the Master's degree in Educational Sciences.

The programme is designed to develop specific professional skills such as managing educational teams, implementing educational policies, and operationalizing the missions of the Counsellor Principal d'Éducation (CPE), as well as fostering research capabilities. It also involves students in the socio-educational structures of the territory and provides opportunities to take the external recruitment exam for educational counselling positions.
