Master of Public Management

Offered by the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Sejong, South Korea, the Master of Public Management is an English-taught program running from February 2027 to August 2028, with a start date in September 2026. Public management focuses on how government agencies and public organizations are structured, led, and evaluated. Coursework typically includes public administration theory, organizational leadership, budgeting and financial management for the public sector, and performance measurement. Students often study case examples of public sector reform and government service delivery, learning frameworks for improving efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness within public institutions. Graduates pursue careers as government administrators, public sector managers, and policy advisors within national and local government agencies, as well as roles in international organizations and public enterprises. Some move into leadership positions within civil service systems, while others apply their training to consulting or research roles focused on public sector reform.
