Master Recherche en Informatique

The Master Recherche en Informatique programme at Université Bretagne Sud focuses on advanced topics such as technologies of the internet, mobile computing, networks, web applications, and human-computer interaction. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for careers in research and development. It covers the full range of core topics in computer science. Students will undertake a 6-month research internship in the final semester, gaining hands on experience.

The curriculum is divided into four semesters. The first two semesters cover a broad range of topics, including Programming multi-paradigme, Introduction to AI, research methodology, and software engineering. The third and fourth semesters delve into more specialized areas such as software architecture, software evolution, model checking, secure software engineering, and system security, with a research project and a research internship as culminating experiences.
