Master Sciences De L'Education Et De La Formation

The tuition fee is 250 EUR per year.

The Master Sciences De L'Education Et De La Formation at Université de Rouen Normandie, located in Mont St Aignan, France, is a two-year master's degree taught in French, with tuition of 250 EUR per year and a start date in September. Education and training sciences study how learning takes place across the lifespan and how educational and training systems are organized, designed, and evaluated, covering topics such as pedagogy, curriculum design, adult and continuing education, educational psychology, and the sociology of schooling. Students in this field typically examine theories of learning and instruction, methods for designing and assessing training programs, the functioning of educational institutions, and issues of equity and inclusion within school and training systems. Coursework often combines academic study with fieldwork or internships in schools, training organizations, or educational administration, giving students direct exposure to teaching or training environments. The discipline draws on psychology, sociology, and management, particularly where it concerns the organization of vocational or continuing education programs for adults. Graduates commonly pursue careers as teachers subject to relevant national certification, training designers, educational advisors, coordinators within schools or training centers, and specialists in continuing professional education within companies or public institutions. Because instruction is in French, a solid command of the language is needed to engage with pedagogical texts and classroom work. The program is based in Mont St Aignan and runs over two years at Université de Rouen Normandie.
