Master's in Management (MSc)

The Master's in Management at EBS Universität is organised around foundational modules, elective modules, and project work. Core modules cover strategic management, managerial accounting, finance, economics, and managing people, operations, and society. Elective modules address topics including corporate and international strategy for the digital age, innovation, sustainable business strategy, and marketing management. Project work with real-life cases runs through the programme, and professional skills workshops cover management methods, problem-solving, applied qualitative interviewing, and diversity management. The programme is designed with flexibility in mind and can be completed through several tracks. The Semester Abroad Track includes two semesters at EBS and one semester at a partner university, concluding with a thesis. The Accelerated Track shortens the programme to two semesters for applicants who hold a Bachelor's degree with 240 ECTS and have international experience. The Practice Track replaces the semester abroad with an intensive internship. A Dual Degree option extends the abroad semester by one more semester to earn a second degree. The programme starts in both the winter and summer semesters. Graduates of this programme have gone into management consulting, business development, family business succession, and entrepreneurship.
