Mekatronik Mühendisliği

The tuition fee is 9,000 USD per year.

Mechatronics Engineering integrates mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control systems to design and build automated and intelligent machines, ranging from industrial robots to consumer devices. The field's coursework typically covers mechanics and materials, electronics and circuits, microcontrollers and embedded systems, control theory, and robotics, with substantial laboratory and project work involving the design of physical systems that sense and respond to their environment. Graduates go on to work in robotics, automation, manufacturing, automotive engineering, and product design, and may pursue graduate study in mechatronics, robotics, or related engineering fields. This 4-year bachelor's program at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul, Turkey, is taught in English. Studying mechatronics engineering in Istanbul places students in a large industrial and commercial city where manufacturing and automation are relevant sectors for the discipline's applications. The 4-year curriculum is structured to progress from mathematics, physics, and programming fundamentals into the interdisciplinary mechatronics content that combines mechanical, electrical, and computing subjects, typically supported by hands-on design and robotics projects. Prospective students should consider that this is an English-medium program at a private university in Turkey's largest city, offering an interdisciplinary engineering education suited to those interested in the intersection of mechanical systems, electronics, and automation.
