The second year adds another 60 credits to achieve the postgraduate diploma, introducing research methods and a professional project. In the final year you undertake the remaining 60 credits, including a dissertation, to obtain the MSc. Each stage builds on the previous one, moving from basic principles to advanced research and practice.

Graduates are prepared for roles that shape medical education in hospitals, universities and professional bodies.
